Resonance
Passive

Arcane Strike applies Resonance for 2 turns: -1 Armor -1 Will. Shreds both defenses simultaneously. Stacks with additional applications.

Tactical Tips

Hybrid Damage Advantage

Arcane Strike deals both STR and PSI damage. Enemies can't fully mitigate both—tanks with Armor still take PSI, casters with Will still take physical.

Anti-Buff Assassin

Blink Strike deals +2 bonus damage to buffed targets. Excellent counter to Bard/Warlord compositions. Teleport in, eliminate buffed priority target, Phase Dash out.

Resonance Stacking

Each Arcane Strike applies -1 Armor -1 Will. Stack Resonance on priority targets before Blink Strike for massive damage. Also benefits allied damage.

Mobility Combos

Phase Dash (1 AP) + Arcane Strike (2 AP) = engage safely. Or Blink Strike (3 AP) for assassinate. High Speed (5) means you act before most units.

Counters & Matchups

Strong Against

  • Buffed units: Blink Strike +2 bonus damage punishes buff stacking
  • Single-defense units: Hybrid damage bypasses Armor-only or Will-only
  • Backline casters: Teleport abilities allow assassination dives

Weak Against

  • High HP tanks: Trent (7 HP) survives assassination attempts
  • Counter-attackers: Guardian's Sword Counter punishes melee engagement
  • Crowd control: Sleep, Freeze prevent escape after diving
